Great Service! I love the appointments system they have in place. Staff so helpful and the multi buys saved as ££'s!

made appointment, they sent reminder advising me that if i missed or was late for my appointment i would be blacklisted from the shop and may not get refund for items i ordered. how dare they.?. i would totally understand if i was late that they may need to reaarange appointment but BLACKLISTED WITH POSS NO REFUND? is that even legal. i bet if they were running late for appointment the same rules wouldn't apply. disgraceful approach. shame i dont have alternative shop i can use without travelling for miles. get your act together, this is no way to treat a paying customer
