School Uniform Direct

My Son's blazer also fell apart very quickly with the stitching under the arms coming away and the pockets ripping. I filled in a form and was assured someone would email me, nobody did and very difficult to speak to someone in charge. The school jumpers also unravel at the bottom and on the sleeves. Very poor quality.

I bought my daughters school uniform from School Uniform Direct (Surbiton) and was very disappointed in the quality of the garments. After wearing her school blazer for only a month the stitching came undone underneath the arm which I had to have repaired and the school jumper shrunk on the first wash even though I followed washing instructions!! After speaking to other parents i discovered my experience is not an isolated one and there is general feeling of dis-satisfaction.
