I went to headmasters Notting Hill for highlights - my hair was painted with bleach when I said I wanted highlights - the hairdresser only did the midlengths to ends and left the rest - I ended up with bright orange damaged hair. after complaining about it, they only were prepared to fix this a week later. then they tried to correct it and I still left with orange hair (only a more uniform unnatural orange colour). I ended up paying £200 for another (MUCH BETTER) hairdresser to colour it all brown and chop my previously long hair into a bob because the midlengths to ends were wrecked.
