The staff are very polite, efficient and attentive, and there are extremely good deals for "O.A.P.s." The premises are spotlessly clean. I have been a regular there for some time.
Since no staff appear to be native English speakers, it is worth explaining your needs slowly, simply and clearly. A photo of yourself as you would like to be can be helpful.
