Lee Moss is the best colourist ever! And Michel makes me feel like a movie star when I leave. I highly recommend this salon. I've never had a bad haircut and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

It is true the atmosphere is quite strange at the beginning, but I was well taken care of! My stylist took good care of me, offered me some advice on how I should cut my hair, and I love it! I look fantastic! The truth is...I could feel the difference, he was a professional! I feel pampered! I would go there again, anytime!

DISAPPOINTING!
I felt very awkward with the "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" attitidude when I walked in. You never know if it is all about a well known personality that maybe in the salon or if it is a personal joke amongst themeselves - but the overall atmosphere made me feel very awkward.
My hairstyle is one of the worst I have ever had! I specifically asked her NOT to cut my fringe short. The hair does not go into the "style" that she tried to achieve. My fringe is sticking straight up and there is no gradual grading down the side of the face which I feel would have had a far better affect.
However I did find them very accommodating when I asked for it to be improved. The overall result is NOT what I wanted or anywhere near it and I am VERY disappointed. The haircut looks absolutely ridiculous and does NOT suit me. I was told that my hair looked in better condition after the cut - but of course any cut or trim would make achieve that as you are cutting away any dead or split ends!
For £53 I just expected more and unfortunatley I have to be honest to say that students have made a better job!
I will NOT be going back there in the future!
