The lady who cut my hair Gemma was really good. I could tell she had lots of experience. Nice styling and good customer service skills.
When is time to pay an oriental lady comes but and asked for a price there is not listed so I refused to pay it. Then a guy comes over and adjust my price to something similar to what is advertised in the window. It looked dodgy and unprofessional . Also when I complimented Gemma in front of the guy she dismissed me saying everybody is good there...oh well I really doubt so.
If you have to go to supercuts ask for Gemma or simply avoid the oriental lady but negotiate your price with the guy upfront.

inexpensive and quick: variable cuts but if you ask them they will respond to your instructions. Often use them and find them OK

I wish I can give a negative review.

1) The girl who did my hair-cut did not speak english (she was french). When I was asking her to trim my hair a bit more she was getting the wax to style it.

2) She had no sense of style, I specifically told her to make it neat and prof., to keep in mind that my head shape is more spherical than usual and take care of the cowlick. She nodded enthusiastically and proceeded to plough my head with a trimmer with no consideration for head shape, literally ignored cowlick and finally produced a chavvy looking haircut. I didn't realise the extent of the d

They are very expensive and not professionals. I wouldn't mind the price if they were peofessionals with good customer service. It's hard to communicate because they don't understand what you want. It looks like they are students practising pn our head and charging a lot of money for unprofessional haircuts. It's fast with no appointment just walk in after walk or college. I think that's why people go there because it's easy but with poor haircuts and poor customer service. Maybe one stylist in there that's is ok but still not worth it.

Went in today for a hair cut, having had a bad experience at the Gloucester Road branch. The lady was really friendly and did a great job. I will visit again.

First time I tried Supercuts, asked the Oriental lady at the counter if I could have a wash & blow dry, she said this was fine & took me to basin to wash my hair, in the process she sprayed me with water all over face & neck & didn't apologise even though, she could see me patting my face dry with towel, she then took me to a seat & asked me how I wanted my hair styled? so I said straight with a flick at each side (I have long hair with a fringe down to nose level, which I always wear fringe parted with a flick), she became very negative & started saying 'I can't do flicks, I can only do straight hair', so I said re-assuring her, 'It's just flicks either side', she continued to say she couldn't do it, so I'm sat there with my hair wet in disbelief & say 'Well, do you have someone here that can?' she immediately snapped back 'There's no need to get angry with me', I said to her 'I'm not getting angry, I just thought when you come into a hairdresser's you all know how to style hair'? She then went over to a hair stylist & said 'I can't do flick's', the stylist (who was busy with a customer) said 'All she's wanting is a flick either side, it's easy to do, I can't do it, I'm with a client', then the Oriental woman walks back to me frowning raising her voice saying 'I only know how to dry straight hair, there's no need to get angry with me', at this point I was angry & felt really offended by her behaviour towards me, so I asked her 'Where are you getting this Angry from? How have I come across angry to you?', she didn't answer but kept sighing loudly, I was really annoyed with her, I had done nothing wrong & in my eyes I had only asked for a straight forward hair style!!!! She continued to dry my hair & when it came to doing flicks, she huffed & puffed so much, I told her to 'Leave it', so I ended up leaving Hairdresser's with a £28 hair style I didn't want & to be accussed of being Angry! I wasn't Angry when I first walked in but
