Toni & Guy

I've been having my hair cut at Toni and Guy Westbourne Grove for several years, with a number of different stylists, and have always found the salon friendly and the service excellent. I never have trouble getting an appointment and have often been complimented on my hair - I always recommended the salon to other people. I'm really puzzled by the comments above! I see a number of other regular customers who have been using the salon for as long as I have, including some well-known faces, so the staff there seem to be getting it right.

i have used this salon for a beauty service from a Groupon voucher. i do not know whether its because i was getting a service at a reduced rate but the appointments were very hard to get, so i did not get the full benefit of the treatment i was having. I found the receptionist on most occasions unhelpful and i wouldn't employ them if it were my salon ( maybe they own it ) i have one more session left to go and im cant say im looking forward to it. I would not recommend this salon.

I visited this salon and found the receptionist very unhelpful and rude, the salon was very uncomfortable and stagnant. I wouldn't recommend it.

I used to visit this salon and loved the two young ladies who used to do my hair, an young irish lady who had a great charm done my highlights and a portuguese lady who was extremely professional and listened to exactly what i wanted and advised me what was possible. Pricey but worth it.
I was always very happy with the result but as they no longer work there i would go else where.
If anyone knows what salon they have moved to please let me know!

The salon seems very professionally run and the receptionist was pleasant however I do question the ability of the "senior" stylist who just didn't want to listen to what I wanted but carried on doing what he wanted. I ended up with a cut I didn't want and even though I was asked if "everything was ok" at reception, I hardly wanted to criticise him when he was standing just next to me. I paid in excess of £60.00 to have a cut and blow dry and it could as well have been done down the street for £30 less and probably better. Maybe the stylist was having a bad day but that experience put me off and I definately won't be back.
