I've been going to Penny for over 30 years now. That says it all, I think. On the basis that perfection is impossible, I can only award 9/10, but this means I am completely satisfied and would recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is a slightly maverick establishment, but I keep coming back as I always get compliments on my hair!
