After having hilights, they ended up looking like skunk stripes from the 80's. I was mortified and had to go back to my usual hairdresser to sort out the colour. It taught me a lesson that discounted vouchers don't necessarily mean a good cut and colour. I won't be returning or cutting corners again on my pride and joy.

Sadly this salon looked good from the outside but was really dirty inside, there was hair in clumps on the floor in the corners and the staff area had open take away food containers left lying around. The displays were really dusty. It really put me off going again.
