When a customer asks how much they will be charged they will be charged that amount. I was told £25 and was asked for £30. When I complained I was told I could have 20% off and was charged £28. If anyone can do maths the will know that 20% off £30 is £24. Hair looks nice though.

I'm so happy with my hair I had to post this review for the benefit of others. I had heard so much about the Brazilian Blowdry and really wanted to have it done however I was a bit scared of the chemicals and sceptical of the results. I had it done at William Thomas in Barnes and the result is superb, my hair feels great and I am amazed by the condition. All the frizziness I had has gone and I can manage my hair so much easier. I have literally just had it done and have been told that it will last at least 2 months and if I look after it anywhere up to 4 months. I'm SO happy with the result, hopefully it will last as long as they say it will. I can totally recommend this salon if you are thinking of having a Brizilian Blowdry. And believe it or not, they told me that it is chemical free!

I went for the chop!! There are very few places I would have let talk me into something like that, but William Thomas in Richmond is one. And I am so glad I did. I had a very nice stylist called Rebecca (Australian).

She instantly made recommendations and didn't as some salons do, ask me what I wanted done. For once I met a true professional in the hairdressing world that actually demonstrated her knowledge and skill. Her attitude was fab too. Once we agreed on the restyle, which made me a little nervous I might add, she handed me off to another Rebecca to have my hair washed. Wow, wow, wow.....quite frankly I didn't want that experience to stop. She took me to a beautifully quiet, candle lit wash area (I think they call it a hair spa!), where my entire body was massaged whilst she washed my hair....awesome!!

I was SO pleased with this salon, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The pricing is good too and you can be assured that you are getting skilled staff.

Having just moved to Barnes I needed to find a new hairdresser. I went to James at William Thomas and he was wonderful. I'm the happiest I've ever been with my hair.

I had my hair restyled at William Thomas Barnes. I have never received so many compliments about my hair. The stylist did an amazing job. Magda did the colour and Thomas did the cut. I love it.
