I have always had a fantastic professional haircut at Yula. The staff are always so kind and the prices they charge are very reasonable and you get a shiatsu massage as well. I would not go to any other hairdresser now would recommend it to all my friends and work colleagues

My hair was shoulder length, and I really liked it the way it was and just needed a trim before I went on holiday. I basically got a short back and sides. I hate it.
It's three weeks since I've been there now and it still looks awful.

It's going to take at least six months to get it how I wanted it and asked for it.
Even the assistant in shop looked embarrassed for me.

I have thick straight black hair and Yula is the only hairdressers that I love in London. The service is excellent. They listen to what you want, give great advice and make you feel relax with some head and shoulder Japanese massage. This is a great find and I recommend it to any woman who wants a fab haircut. I normally ask for the wash, cut and blow dry which is at a great price. Yula really cares about giving you the best service. I wish there were more of this kind of hairdressers in London.

Yu-la is a very good place to get a haircut. You will be treated nicely and receive and excellent service. They will wash your hair, cut your hair as you like it, wash your hair again, then a massage on your head and shoulders, then they will do your hair to be ready-to-go felling happy!
