Toni & Guy

I've been going to Toni & Guy in Ken High Street for 25 years and I've had it with this lot. It's a bit much to be sent appointment reminders and then the staff don't turn up. After sitting around waiting about 40 minutes I had to leave as I had a train to catch - I'd allowed plenty of time for my appointment. I had made a particularly long journey which cost me both in time and money. No managers around - no help from other staff - they didn't care. They stood around looking at each A total waste of my time. Loyalty obviously means nothing. I am never going to Toni& Guy again.

Extremely poor customer service. Despite being a regular and loyal customer, the receptionist was extremely patronising and rude. Notified them that I would be a couple of minutes late (out of courtesy!) for my appointment due to traffic and she just cancelled my appointment point blank when I finally arrived as I was 15mins late. She didn't even offer me an alternative appointment that evening even though there was availability, I had to ask for it!! Even though they had my number and knew I was on my way, no one called me to notify me of the cancellation. Spent £20 to get there which was a
