Behind the modern interiors of this salon there is not a lot of hair skill going on. On one occasion I came to this salon to have some colour put in my hair. It was was not applied properly and I had to come back to have it done again. On another occasion I came to this salon to have some tints put in my hair requesting some bright blond tints. When I got home away from salon lights I realised that the tints were quite dull and as it was an expensive treatment I phoned to speak to the manager to see if I could come back and have some done free of charge. To my utter amazement the manager not only refused to come to the phone but also refused my request. I also once had a gentlemen cut my hair there who boasted he had only got an hours sleep from partying all night the day before, not what I really want to hear when I having my hair cut!! I would rather have someone who cares about what they are doing and is fully awake.
