The Hair Studio

Both my mum and myself had booked an appointment for a dry cut yesterday and Tanya, who cut our hair, was brilliant. We are both very pleased with our hair cuts and we will be returning again in 12 weeks time for our next cut! :))

I am a nurse. So the fact that I found time off to finally get my hair done was a godsend. But low and behold, I got a call in at 12pm for the next day which overlapped my hair appointment. Unfortunately I had to call the hair dresser to cancel my appointment and the manager had answered. Well, I've never been spoken to so disgracefully in all my life! What an awfully horrendous woman!
I explained and apologised to her that it was because nurses are on call outs, and her response to that was 'I don't care, how about you go away and I'll be charging to a cancelation fee! Disgusting woman!
