Id just like to say i bought a white watch with diamontes round it last year. Not had one problem with it! Its a shame a few of you have. I bought the same for my mum cause she loved mine and again no problems. Its not bad quality.. Ive had loads of watches in the past and this is the best yet :-)

Bought envy watch in Westfield for my daughter. Nice gel strap. I specifically told them when i was buying that i want a waterproof watch. Salesman is very pleasant so we buy the watch.
Failed immediately after first use in the swimming pool. It was halfway full after 40 mins of swimming. We took it back to envy but was told that water get into the watch because it was not on. Watch stop working because it is drowned!

They offered to clean the watch as it gets rusty but i refuse because i can already tell how rubbish the watch is. Same as other's experience they will not refund the money as well. They suggest that if i have a complain i have to contact the head office.

Why envy can not refund and complain to the manufacturer and stop selling brands that doesn't fit to it's purpose? It is a lot of work for a company doing bussiness like this and very exhausting for the staff as well who are constantly bombarded with complains. I can tell that custumer service are trained not to admit that their product is faulty.

Envy have the most ridiculous way of doing bussiness. It is like buying from a hawker in the street. If you need to buy a watch go to reputable ones who knows how
to do bussiness in a professional way.

Oh, and do not choose envy watch- because it will just break your heart.

Bought a watch for our grandaughters 21st from " ENVYLONDON " in Bluewater,it slowed up after a week ,they said it was battery, they changed it ,slowed up after a few days , they gave us a new watch ,week later many stones fell out, they said this never happens! they stuck some stones in, there and then !! if it never happens ,why do they have a box of stones and adhesive in store ready for something that never happens!!! it stopped again , they replaced it again with another watch. flatley refused to give a refund, we don't do that they say, stones fallen out again,THEIR COMMENT SEND IT BACK TO HEAD OFFICE WITH A £5 cheque as a handeling fee AND THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT WHAT CHEEK !!! and all this within 6 months, Go anywhere but envylondon if. you require a product that works

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Go to Argos or a reputable Jeweller insteard: Bought Casio G shock Watch and after four months the battery failed I returned it and was told the battery had failed because it had not been exposed to enough sunlight. I pointed out that I had been in Florida for three weeks so this wasn't the case. They replaced the battery but the watch modes did not work (could tell time but couldnt use timer stopwatch alarm etc etc) so again I returned the watch. Battery was replaced again but now one of the function keys doesn't work.(I cant set time now) I have now sent the watch back to Casio, Casio tell me that if the shop have damaged the watch when they changed battery then the fault is not theirs (casios)but Envy's. Envy tell me that the fault is not theirs but is the watch. Envy has terrible customer service. Do not use this company. Far far better off going to Argos.
