Time2

I had the misfortune of being given a watch purchased from Time2 for by birthday.

In this instance the watch was purchased at Time2's concession at Selfridges.

I explained to the manager that I had already purchased a watch prior to my birthday, and therefore would appreciate if I could have refund (I did have a receipt). The manager insisted that because the watch had been purchased in person, that a refund could not be given. I called Time2's parent company DM London Limited and the team there were next to useless, always referring me back to the manager at Time2's concession at Selfridges.

Oddly, if the person had purchased the watch online, Time2 provide a 30 day refund option! Why the store could not compronise on this, I do not know!

In the end I left feeling very disappointed in the poor level of customer service from Time2 and upon further research on google, the uncompetive pricing of their watches.

I would stay away from this company at all costs!
