The guys inside were cheerfully human and un-shoppy, told me what to buy (and what to avoid) bounced around in an amateur-ish fashion but full of enthusiasm. Obvious that they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I used them for a party and got free glass hire and free delivery. Would definitely use them again.
