Do not under any circumstances have your parcel delivered to this shop. He is a very aggressive man. He told me that he did not have my parcel, when I showed him a photo of my parcel on his counter, he reached under his counter and pulled out my parcel. He then threw it at me and told me to get out of his shop,he then told me if I had another parcel delivered to his shop he would throw it into the road. What a angry horrible man. He should not be allowed to own a shop, let alone be a pick up point.

Collected a harrods parcel from dpd at this location and when I arrived box was damaged and 3 items missing, when I asked the shop keeper to check if anything had fallen out he abruptly told me to take it up with the sender and was so rude and confrontational

Same frustrating experience of shop closure as prior review, and no response to phone calls. Should be struck off as collection point.

Agree. Shop closed at 9am when it claims to open at 6am. Phone not answered. Amazon should get rid of them,

This is a DPD collection point. However the hours stated on DPD when I arranged to collect from there are completely false. I have wasted an hour making two trips there in 30Degree heat trying to collect two fans to get my family through the heatwave. It's closed, shutters down, no sign at all. Totally unreliable and rubbish! AVOID
