Fantastic service, I ordered something over the phone that I had seen elsewhere, but did not have my size, so i rang the New Bond street store, they had my size in, and i received it the next day. Great !!

The Bond Street store is a very pleasant place to shop. All the staff are welcoming and helpful as well as letting the customer browse at peace. If you need a size that is not on the rail there is no hesitation about checking the stock room. At no time do they suggest that something suits if the customer is unsure - they are encouraging but not pushy.

Good range - great colours. Manager (Jenny) is excellent - attentive without being intrusive. Seems to work harder than any of the others with her customers. Service from other staff highly variable. Not as pushy as other Bond Street Stores.
