In Theory....

I agree there's a lot of pressure, and you can end up buying more than you intended - but the ideas the assistants came up with were great, and well worth trying to update/upgrade/modernise one's 'look' - everything I have ever bought there has been a life saver, and, of course, they don't expect you to buy everything they suggest - you can be firm, but if you're feeling energetic about trying lots on, I think it's one of the best shops I know..... but I also really like the clothes they sell - and one needs a bit of a prompt to try different styles - however, last time I went, I did have a pal with me, so I didn't get too bamboozled! However, I did buy lots, and am set up for winter - and I love them all!!

Very heavy sales pressure to buy, alongside some useful advice and ideas. Felt I'd over-bought and over spent just to get out. Tried to return one item less than 24 hours later and received a blanket 'no'. Shall not return although it is convenient and local.
