Ashburn Carpets

Purchased a 3 piece suite, price was half to a third of standard DFS etc prices. One day after the order was placed, I received a call asking if it could be delivered the next day, I said yes of course. Delivery charge was £15 which I had been previously informed of as I was well outside their free delivery area ( Cambridgeshire). The suite was delivered when they said it would be (2 hour timeslot) and two very large very polite gentlemen brought it in with no problems. I am extremely happy with the price I paid and the quality of the suite. I did a great deal of research before settling on this company, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them totally to anyone who wants a low cost high quality three piece suite.

Personally I think the price I was charged for delivery was too low, I live around 40 miles outside their free delivery area and I cannot imagine the £15 I paid could cover their costs of two men and the van for the time it takes (2 hours plus?) for the delivery. Why go to DFS or SCS when you can get a high quality suite for 1/3 of the price they ask? And of course trying to get a suite delivered two days after you ordered it from DFS etc would be impossible.

Delivery was very quick, delivery men polite efficient and managed to get our suite through quite a narrow doorway without damaging anything, well done, thank you for our new suite, no fuss no hastle. The only downside was the smell of the suite but it is slowly going away now, but very good service overall.

The three piece I purchased was very reasonably priced which was important to me because I have pets. I was suprised therefore to find that it is extremely well made and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to reccommend Ashburn Furniture and the service I received from them was excellent.

Good ordering service, company changed order to suit my needs at no extra cost. very speedy delivery, phoned and offered me delivery on same day of purchase. Very helpful delivery driver carried furniture into lounge for me. I live 15 miles outside London range, but still delivered for only £10 extra. Very good value for money. Overall very pleased with service. Quality of furniture very much reflects price, but generally very happy and know that you can't fault the service or get better anywhere else.
