Umbaba night club!!

We've had a horrifice experience in this nightclub, which made me (for the first time) take my time to write a review so that well-mannered people are saved from this absolutely humiliating experience. I would rate it as -5 if it was an option.

We were booked through the concierge of the five star hotel we were spending our weekend at in london.

An hour and a half later of our arrival, a waitress comes and shoves our still water bottle, in our hand and tells us to move since the the table which half of it was opposite me was booked. We were horrified since there was no reservation sign on it and we asked where could we move to. She said, 'I do not care move anywhere you can find space!' in a rude manner.

Naturally we refuse to move, so she brings along a bouncer who starts screaming and cursing and physically pushes my fiance out of the club. I get hold of my purse and our jacket and follow them upstairs to demand for a refund. The bouncer comes back to me and physically pushes me out using extreme force, although i kept on shouting, 'DO Not touch me.'

I do appreciate the fact that bouncers should use force in such places, but I have always thought it would be for the violent drunk clients.

I class this as an assault, as we did not swear, attack or use any violence!

So our very special weekend was absolutely ruined, as I kept on arguing with my fiance about calling the police or calling the press. I eventually promised to not do any of them, since it was a special night for us and I want him to be happy. However, I think people should be careful about going there, since that kind of behavious was absolutely trumatising for me. I keep thinking how could he treat a yound lady like this. How could he touch me and curse at me when all I was asking about was my refund!
