sit ups, chin ups and pushups. do 50 of each each day and then move up to 60 then 70 then 80 then 90 then 100 then 125 then 150 then 200 of each. if u can do the 200 u'll be so fit u won't even know urself

Haha excercise is out of the question for me, i'm lazy. although i took PE as a GCSE and did well, :D i'm not fat but i'm not like a size zero or any thing.

Sit ups and push ups are good for muscles and your fitness, but won't really do much to shift fat, particularly love handles.

Cardiovascular stuff is the best thing, cause it's all-round exercise.

true - but one would assume that walking or running is a given if ur trying to loose weight or gain muscle - and the other stuff just helps with endurance
