Sit ups and push ups are good for muscles and your fitness, but won't really do much to shift fat, particularly love handles.
Cardiovascular stuff is the best thing, cause it's all-round exercise.
true - but one would assume that walking or running is a given if ur trying to loose weight or gain muscle - and the other stuff just helps with endurance
