Go and Discover East London

We should all be discovering our local areas before and during the 2012 Olympics in London regeneration so we can enjoy the after. A healthy way to explore is on foot and there are some great places to see in Newham and Stratford. Green Street for the hustle and bustle of a culturally vibrant shopping area, wildlife walks by the Thames and the Thames Barrier for the nature-lovers, and the area around Excel for the foodies and business types!
