Living in or near Ealing

End of June I'll be moving to London- I've been looking around where to live and my first choice will be in or near Ealing (eg Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith or Fulham).

There will be two options when I go, or a/ I have a job before that time or b/ I do not have a job yet. If that happens I have enough savings for a couple of months (max 5) without work.

My budget is £ 750 pcm including council tax.
How difficult is it to get a house without a job? And does anyone know a good estate agency to go to?
