Having Stag day/night in London on a Monday please help!!!!

Am coming to the UK from o/s (am not from UK) to get married and am meeting a group of friends from all over the world in London. The only feasible night to have a stag night with said friends is a Monday. Can anyone suggest some good venues for said stag night....was thinking a couple of pubs followed by dinner followed by some more pubs. Will be staying in hotel in central London.

PS..strangely there are some female friends coming to stag night..they have expressed strong desire for strippers (of the female variety) to be involved on the basis that it is tradditional.
