Hi, a good area to move to is the London Bridge / London Borough area. Not too expensive and close to the city. Also, with all the new apartments popping up, the area is starting to attract alot of single yuppies that will help in your business endevours!

A good website I found that gives alot of the info you need is www.universalwelcome.com

Enjoy and good luck!
