Club for people over 30

Hi. I'm going to visit London next weekend(4.12. - 7.12.)and I need am insider tip for the good clubing night. As I'm over 30, I need a location with the adequate people/music. So, it's not only about the Club itself but also about the particular Party-Topic.... Thank you.
