Hi
I'm moving soon into somewhere on my own. I have around £700 per month (excl) for somewhere. I work in Bloomsbury. My friends are mainly in SW London but some are East, some North, some West.
Where would you choose?
I'm currently thinking Stoke N, Dalston, Hackney (but don't know these areas), Hornsey or Finsbury Park or Streatham Hill.
Any other great ideas? I'd quite like Stepney Greem but it seems this is going to be too expensive.
I thought about a studio but just need some space and would like people to stay Happy so 1 bed better.

I hate steatham but you'd prob find a ond bed flat for that money there. To be honest, London flat prices are expensive, and you'llbe very lucky to find a one bedroom flat for £700 in a 'desirable' area. Go up to £750 and you'll do a bit better.

you could get a studio for that price in nicer areas? Finsbury Park is nice though.

I know I was thinking can I stretch to £750..was also thinking about studio flats. I think I'll have to look at both. I'm veering towards East London/F Park/Hornsey now. Went for a wander round Streatham - it's just a bit dull and so far out.
