Yep I have been hiding as I have been a mean SOB. But I think I have broken the back of it now..

Unfortunately (or not depending on the perspective) I don't know what you're going through cause I've never had so much as one curious puff of a cigarette!

It does get easier, but not before it gets harder again! I found it almost impossible not to lapse when I went to the pub.

I think you have to really want to give up to do it properly.

Try buying one of the squidgy stress things, that helps with the anger :)

i've never smoked (coz im good!) but my parents said the best thing they ever did was give up, and think of the money you'll be saving!
