So, I've been an investor & trader for 12 years. As of this year I wanted to start my own investment company that manage portfolios, analyzes portfolios and mainly teach younger people how to trade on their own. I imagine incorporating in the UK isn't very hard or that different than the US.

Can I give myself a working Visa?

Can I incorporate in another country and just open an office in the UK or would I have to incorporate in the UK to give myself that Visa? Ireland has 12% corporate taxes. :P

I'd recommend having a read around the companies house website:

http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/infoAndGuide/companyRegistration.shtml

They should have all of the info you need for incorporation and other business matters.

All the best,
