I spent days and days feeling lonely but unable to make a difference. Then I decided to have my daughter (7) take an Italian Cookery Class at a local Italian Language School, All in Italian, as she was feeling lonely and bored too...And it was great! I met other mums who wanted to have fun with their children, and wanted them to learn fun and healthy ways to spend their free time...It was worth it! I think joining a class is a GREAT WAY to fight loneliness...

The key word here is 'lonely' isn't it?

What about people who aren't feeling lonely?
