De Namaste: it doesn't say restaurant, doesn't give a menu: how come?

this is a curious place. Apparently a restaurant but it doesn't say so, you can't easily see through the windows and no menu is provided on the door or windows. Any yet here its listed as as such. Perhaps they don't want to customers. Does anyone know anything about it?
