Canadian hairstylist looking to move to the UK?

Hi, im a 20 year old female with 3 years experience in hair and makeup, i have my canadian license for both, but im looking into moving to the UK and am curious as to what i would need to work in a salon in the uk (other then a visa and all that lovely stuff) more or less just the requirements they have to be a hairstylist there, would i need to start schooling over there? or would i be ok with my canadian license? Im having a tough time finding any information on who to talk to or what i need

just like come over to try it out for a while, make sure you like the country and the culture and the people and everything before committing yourself and then just like go into salons and just be up front with them because people appreciate that here and tell them all about you being a canadian and everything and if they want you they will hire you and if they don't at least you know where you stand, that's my opinion anyway
