Hi All

Im not sure if there is a post like this already, ive seen ones for what people miss about london but i would like to see what makes people skip down the street singing to themselves....or something like that.

If i actually lived in London, my Favorite would have to be the Architecture all round. It sounds abit touristy but i guess it might be what most take for granted.
St Pauls to be exact.

Everything is on your doorstep in you live in central London. Many of the suburbs suck though (but I like Wimbledon, Richmond, Kew and Hampstead).

I like the fact that I have found myself in some great situations and have great opportunities regarding my interest in movies and British TV comedies. Have found myself at premieres, meeting my inspirations, recordings and afterparties. Not everyone's cup of tea but some great personal experiences for me that I wouldn't have had living elsewhere.

When i was in London in December, we wanted to go to a show, never did get to go. Is it as great as they say they are?

Regarding Britis comedy, we dont have much here, but i enjoy Keeping up with apperances

Lol we have some much more recent, great comedies :)

When you say you waned to see a show, do you mean a West End theatre show? Cause I guess it depends on the production, but I guess most of the time they are good - just pricey.

Or if you meant you wanted to see a TV show being filmed, I'd say it's definitely an experience TV fans should have at least once.

If it is theatre shows in the West End you are after go to the TXT ticket hut on the South side of Leicester Square, in the West End. You can get tickets there at up to half price for most theatres. This is the way theatres clear out unsold seats and I think it is the only truly 'official' one, I got Avenue Q tickets at about 45% off for that evenings performance.

And my favourite thing about living in London - the parks and green spaces seconds from the busiest places, try to find the black rabbits in Holland Park off High St Ken.
