Somebody cleared out my other haf's acocunt just before my birthday. And short story is we claimed and the bank declined paying the money back despite being at fault. We're now appealing.
The affect this has had is horrible though. We've had to beg people to lend us money just to pay our rent. Even though in part I blame the landlord for the fact that the theft had happened. We're tight on food, had to cancel birthday plans, not getting sleep from stress. Argh.
Don't want to go into details at the moment cause it'll make me angry.
But DAMN there are some low people out there.
