Grabex Windows: poor review

Are they really that bad. I was thinking of using them for 6 windows as their quote was very good, also they use the french company Saint Gobain for their glass & eurocell. Where they Polish workers who installed your windows? How come they supposedly have a 98% customer satisfaction on customer care?

I guess as ever with these things, you can't take one review in isolation to assess a company - read/check/ask around to get a full picture as to whether the bad experience this person had was a one-off or indicative of the levels of service provided by Grabex across the board. Have just had 10 windows and composite door supplied and fitted by Grabex. Very happy with product, service and cost. Would be happy to recommend to others.
