I gots two.

Am not a fan of certain tattoos in certain places. Definitely not a fan of ones on ladies' arms. At the top I think it looks a bit butch and not keen on wrist ones. Also not kene on writing, especially names.

I gots one on my lower back and one above my ankle, I designed them. If I get another it'd be my kung fu club logo on the other ankle.

Don't have any myself. Never really thought about getting one, I think it would irritate me knowing it's there, like a stain that can't be washed off.

I think it's quite difficult to get the balance right as they can look quite cool but then when they bad they look really bad!

Ahhh That sounds really cool KF...

I get what you mean AIL, it is hard to find the balance... like one badly placed one can make any others you have look a bit cheap...
I dont really like calf tattoos or star tattoos because everybody seems to have them... and i agree with KF about upper arms on women though I dont really like them on men either...

I think I am coming down to London around the start of July to get my first ever tattoo :) I have given a lot of thought to what I want etc
If all is well I am getting it at Skunx Tattoo which has some of the London Ink artists working there but mine would be my Kerry Irvine... I am quite excited her artwork looks amazing!!

The tattoo above my ankle I actually got done for free cause it was for London Ink. Made the cutting room floor though so you never see me. But the New Zealander lady did it. Her name has slipped my mind at the mo.

She's great bit the whole experience wasn't. Didn't like the fakeness of being filmed, pretending I was being introduced and explaining my tat for the first time etc. And it wasn't comparable to acting cause at times I was meant to be me and it felt words were being placed in my mouth and things. and at times just felt like a prop to be talked about infront of my face.

Though overall it was alright - was glad it wasn't aired. And I hit a free tattoo by an awesome artist. Shame it was only a small straightforward tat.

Her name is Nikole. She's really good although I prefer Dan Gold (English) and Phil Kyle (American).

I go through times of really wanting a tattoo and then really not wanting one so I think it's probably best that I don't get one. Plus I hate needles so I'm sure the experience wouldn't be great.

I'm very bad with needles myself. I have panic attacks and have to bypass the blood test queue and things.

Obviously, this is a different kind of needle, it's easier to deal with (for one thing there's no horrible syringe) - it's more about how much it hurts (for me). I found my tattoos very painful.
