Living Cost in London

Hi,
Im going to be a student in London. Any idea ab't living cost(per month) in or around London, if live simple(non smoker, not much a visitor nature no car etc.) ?

Purely based on my personal experiences:

The largest part of your living cost is probably going to be the rent of your room, 500-700 pounds per months in central london is a reasonable price.

The rests are your daily expenses on foods/drinks and your transportations in the city. I think as a simple-life-styled person 300 - 400 pounds should be enough.

I'd agree - depending on how many people you share with the rent at 500 - 800 sounds reasonable. £1000 as a minimum in total would seem like a good starting point.
