Looking for hotel previously known as Prince of Wales

I am looking for a hotel that was based in Knightsbridge known as The Prince of Wales. I know it was called this 40 years ago, but I'm having difficulty finding it. I don't unfortunately have an address for the hotel, but I'm trying to book a 40th wedding gift for my Mum & Dad who honeymooned there and I would appreciate as much help as possible. Perhaps the hotel has changed name?

I think there used to be a hotel called The Prince of Wales where this luxury apartment block is on Prince of Wales Terrace in Kensington.
