London is the most Polluted place I have been to. I'm sure there are worse places but I am well travelled and London takes the cake (that was left to rot on the pavemenet).

People throw litter where-ever they please. It's really bad. I have seen Englishmen, migrants and tourists do it but I must say it is Londoners, the locals, that are the worst. This is my observation. Where is the pride? I have asked people about it, locals, tourists, friends and co-workers. They all have a different excuse, some are quite strange. My boss blames immigrants as they are used to living with filth (He is as English as they come), a co-worker who migrated here 5 years ago from Colombia agrees strangely enough, an English friend blames the lack of bins (due to bomb problems in the past) - to which I reply that they need only pocket or bag to solve that huge dillema.

Noise Pollution is incredible! Sirens, yelling, cars cars cars, council workers (I HATE garbage collectors the most), construction, over crowding... it's a mishmosh of noise. I wake up around 5am on average every day because the noise gets to me. I hate waking up at 5am and shouldn't have to.

Air pollution. WAY too many cars. Why do people always need cars in such a large city? Because the public transport system is stuffed, that's why! No aircon, lack of security, constant daily failures - I'd drive too if I had a car, but that's not good for air pollution.

It's a dirty place. But what can be done?
