Business Center Wanted

Hi

I am looking for an ideal business center with all the latest equipments to hold a business conference. Last time I hired a small hall near my office but this time I am looking forward to a rather large scale conference with around 250 delegates. Can someone suggest a venue that can leave an everlasting impression on clients.The venue this time has to be lavish one.
I would prefer central London for the same. And yes, will conference venues in hotels in London be a good choice to make? What do u people suggest?
