Do something fun, adventurous, and truly life changing!

International Childcare Trust is looking for enthusiastic thrill-seekers to cycle over 413km of Sri Lanka's breathtaking scenery exploring the beautiful central highlinds and the stunning west coast.

You will see ancient lagoons and canals, monasteries, tea plantations, rural villages, bustling cities, reservoirs, spectacular mountains and golden sandy beaches. We end our adventure on the west coast of the island watching the sun go down over the Indian Ocean. The journey ends with the project visit - International Childcare Trust is one of the very few charities which enable you to visit one of our projects and meet the children we help - so you can see exactly how your hard-earned sponsor money helps give vulnerable children security and hope for the future.

International Childcare Trust is a small dynamic UK registered charity working in direct partnership with local organisations in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and India. We fund high impact targeted projects, managed and staffed by our partner organisations. These projects give deprived children and young people the essentials they need to build a life: shelter, healthcare, education, skills training and companionship.

Have fun; get fit; make great contacts; and above all, do something really worthwhile.
