Hi Kornfan1987,

Welcome to The Knowledge.

Your best bet for getting to Brixton Academy will be by tube. Brixton tube station is at the end of the Victoria line. As you're travelling from South Wales you're most likely going to arrive in London at Paddington station. To get to Brixton from Paddington jump on the Bakerloo line from paddington (turn left after the ticket machines), then change at Oxford Circus for the south bound Victoria train.

See our tube map here to see the route

We also have a page about the Academy here http://www.allinlondon.co.uk/carling-academy--brixton.php

Click on the map link on that page, you'll see the Academy isn't too far away from the tube station. If you arrive close to the gig start time you'll no doubt see a load of other fans making their way there.

Hope that helps,

All the best,

The Knowledge
Whilst it's too late for you, for the benefit of others the tip about following the crowd is a good one.

Also, people can also call "The Knowledge" on 090 62 65 65 65 and ask a licensed London taxi driver for directions. It is also particularly useful for finding theatres (where there isn't a crowd to follow) or indeed any other venue in London, especially when you're pushed for time.
