Should i be suspicious?

I sent an application to a job ad and got a call back the same day (very good). I'm supposed to meet the man (the manager i guess) tomorrow. I'm not so worried that he wants to meet me over a coffee because lots of people go on job interviews over lunch. But when i asked him how to find the place he told me he was gonna email me the info and he did but he forgot to give me the address, only the tube station so i have to call him tomorrow. I'm not getting into a car with him if he says he's gonna take me there. But one thing that makes me a little suspicious is that he mailed me from a private mail. He told me over the phone that it was a small agency so maybe that's why he doesn't have a work mail? Should i be suspicious?
