There are many mentions of premieres taking place throughout the years but not all take place. Some have been cancelled the very last minute.
With work going on in Leicester Square at the minute (which is the most favoured location) it could be shelved as there is not much space to hold the event and also limited availability at other venues.
Lets hope it does go ahead somewhere though!
