Hi there all! I am super-into spinning and am having trouble finding a really good class/instructor in Central London. Any ideas please?

Hi there.. I heard Gymbox in Holborn was supposed to be good all-round, but also specifically for spinning classes (it has a spin studio!):bounce: . Have you tried/heard about that one?

Hi! Awesome, thanks! I've tried Gymbox in Bank, but it was maybe a step above "okay" ...i'll try the holborn one if you're recommending. Do you spin often as well? Thanks very much!

I'm more of a runner to be honest, but just heard some of my friends mention it a while back for spin classes. Hope it's good :biggrin:
