I'm doing a course in this at the moment with Westminster Adult Education Centre. It's great fun! I've created my own gory wound, had a life cast made of my face and my ears! Day three tomorrow!

Has anyone else dabbled in this or had some experience?

I was going to do this course full time when I was 16. I don't know what put me off because I'd still love to do it. Maybe after I've finished uni I'll take an adult course in it.

I was looking up other courses to do after this one but they are so damn expensive. I imagine worth it if you have the money, but alas, I don't have £12,000 for a 14 week course :(

Posted a picture of my wound on twitter and it was removed. Guess it fooled someone!!

I'd love to do something like that... I always used to love watching casualty and rating the wounds on there for realism and gore out of 10 :getmycoat:

It's also among how many real wounds and injuries look fake. Saw my fair share of some gruesome things in my last job and they just didn't look real
