It's great to see all the raids, arrests and property being recovered today.

Agreed - hope the media continues to report on that side of it too... want the people responsible to feel maximum guilt/worry about being caught and some sense of shame when they see the impact of their actions on others.

Some truly embarrassed looking individuals on the news over the weekend. The media seem to be hammering as many of them as they can with names/pictures etc. I'd imagine that in itself is a pretty good deterrent to others.

Good.

I found the whole thing really upsetting & scary too.
My kids were scared too.

I hope they get as many of the scum as possible.
The thing that really got to me was the blokes mugging that injured man.
I mean how low can you go.

Really, i have no idea how old he is.

It brings tears to my eyes everytime its shown on tv.
Breaking into shops is low and disgusting but doing that to an injured person is just lower than low. I do hope they rot in hell.

I have a feeing they may have injured him in the first place. The shock and almost scared tone of the camera guy when it looks like they're at first helping him up kind of suggests this.

Agreed. It's a horrible piece of film and I hope the people involved get a sentence to reflect such a callous act.
