Hey I'm an Aussie travelling through Europe and will be in London for a few months over the footy finals series. does anybody know anywhere that I can see live coverage of the 2006 AFL Grand Final with a good fun atmosphere? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi mate
Two places that are sure to have a great atmosphere are the Slug & Lettuce in Fulham (Fulham Bdy station) or the Walkabout in Shepherd's Bush (She Bu Green).
Both really stereotypically Aussie and can get a bit messy but I love 'em both, especially during big sporting events.
I know you'll need tickets for the Walkie and probably the same for the Slug. Get in quick or you'll miss out.
I'm predicting a Western Australian GF with the Eagles to finish on top. Whatever the case, it's always a ripper of a day!

I've heard the She bu Walkabout isn't as good as one in the city for Grand Final ... hmmm will keep you updated but I know my friends have bought tickets for £10!!!!
Dockers are playing Sydney now LIVE! My boyfriend is at the game and the Dockers are sadly getting flogged at this point :( He's a Perth boy and I'm a Melbourne girl & so I've dropped my own team to support his for the finals

there is a pub in bayswater called the porchester, 88 bishops bridge road they are showing the game for sure

The Walkabout in Sheperds bush is not showing it live but the Church is showing it live at there world cup party bar in Vauxhall check out there web site
